In a quiet location on the edge of the city, directly opposite Murrayfield Stadium, the hotel is a convenient base for exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer.
This comfortable, non-smoking hotel is right outside Murrayfield Stadium, the home of Scottish rugby union. The very centre of Edinburgh is just 2 miles (3.2 km) away and there is a regular bus service from the stop right outside the hotel.
The rugby-themed bar offers an extensive bar menu until late each day and the hotel’s restaurant offers regional specialities and classic international favourites. There is a free private car park for guest’s use.
All of the en suite bedrooms, in both the main hotel and in the nearby lodge, are tastefully decorated and well equipped with all modern comforts. The hotel’s dedicated team pride themselves on offering a warm traditional Scottish welcome to all guests.

By Car (from Glasgow):
- Take the A8 and follow the signs towards the city centre.
- Continue straight ahead through Corstorphine, passing Edinburgh Zoo.
- The Murrayfield Hotel & Lodge is located at the corner of Corstorphine Road, on the left-hand side directly opposite Murrayfield Stadium (on the right-hand side).
Parking:
The hotel’s car park is to the rear of the hotel.
By Bus:
The numbers 12, 26 and 31 buses run regularly between Edinburgh city centre and the bus stop right outside the hotel.
